Carrot Apple Celery Juice Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 small apples, cored
  • 5-6 carrots
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 lime (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Wash and prepare ingredients.
  2. Add first 3 ingredients through the juicer.
  3. Squeeze lime into juice. Serve and enjoy!

Prep time: 5-10 minutes
Total time: 5-10 minutes
Servings: 2 servings (16-20 oz each)
Calories/serving: Apprx. 220 including 40 from natural sugars

 

Celery is an excellent source of vitamin K and has anti-inflammatory health benefits, including its protection against inflammation in the digestive tract itself.

Apple juice is a nutritious source of natural energy and several important vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A and C and the minerals potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Calcium, Vitamin E, Vitamin K and Vitamin A can all be found in carrot juice.

Limes contain antioxidants and are high in Vitamin C.
